Overall Satisfaction with Fuze

Fuze support has improved over that last 6 months. Response times have improved tremendously.
The cutover was relatively smooth.
I currently support ~915 Fuze users. I am responsible for tasks such as move, add, change, auto-attendant solutions, reception menus, conference room solutions, and more.

It has been handled smoothly for the most part. Prior to the Fuze hub, it was rather difficult to achieve basic tasks such as simple mac work (move, add, change). Which impacted new users, mostly.
GoToMeeting is another solution we have. It has more vision on others' meetings, you can reassign meetings to someone’s manager, etc. I haven’t used either extensively enough to compare them appropriately.
Fuze is a great concept and is developing into a more usable provider. With the Fuze hub, we are able to achieve what we were before with our previous provider.
