Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight

Very good overall
Currently, our strategic success team uses gainsight to track Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and success plans. We plan to expand on this throughout the year.

  • Proactive reach outs
  • Excellent survey model

Cons

  • Email use in all areas
Right now dashboard usage from gainsight is low. Looking to gain more traction.
