We use Gainsight as a customer success management platform. With managing our customer base when it comes to renewals adoption, sentiment, and risk. Along with tracking timeline activities.

  • Copying CTA’s to other customer account
  • I need to get more familiar with the AI features
  • Positive this is help manage our customers
  • This really helps with risk tracking which is positive
it is super user-friendly and I would give it a 10 out of 10 rating. I would highly recommend this to others.
