In my organization, I currently use Gainsight CS for customer communications and journey orchestration/enablement.

Pros

  • In my opinion, Journey Orchestration in Gainsight CS is done well
  • In my experience, Capturing user data in Gainsight CS is done well.
  • I think the Gainsight CS Dashboards are done well

Cons

  • I think there is room for improvement in Gainsight CS
  • with the Email editor
  • I think the Query editor has room for improvement in Gainsight CS
  • In my opinion, the Journey editor has room for improvement in Gainsight CS
I gave Gainsight CS this usability rating because, in my opinion, The email editing tool needs work in Gainsight CS.
