Pros
- In my opinion, Journey Orchestration in Gainsight CS is done well
- In my experience, Capturing user data in Gainsight CS is done well.
- I think the Gainsight CS Dashboards are done well
Cons
- I think there is room for improvement in Gainsight CS
- with the Email editor
- I think the Query editor has room for improvement in Gainsight CS
- In my opinion, the Journey editor has room for improvement in Gainsight CS
