Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight CS

In our organization, We are creating CTAs, using AI co-pilot, timelines etc. Gainsight CS is a great tool for documentation.

  • I think there is room for improvement in Gainsight CS with Better reporting
  • In my opinion, there is room for improvement in Gainsight CS with Risks
  • Gainsight CS is Very valuable to our organization
I gave Gainsight CS this usability rating because I love Gainsight CS.
