Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight CS

In our organization, We use Gainsight CS Staircase AI to better understand our relationships with clients. The insight into churn risk is especially helpful. We enjoy the visualization aspects of the platform and how everything is explainable but not overwhelming. Finally it allows us to find internal alignment - reducing the pressure for CSMs/success folks to have to raise is red flags themselves. It's all in the platform.

I gave Gainsight CS this usability rating because, in my experience, Gainsight CS is intuitive yet detailed. The usability is good IF proper onboarding and training is provided, not due to complexity but more so to prove value to users.
