Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight CS
We use Gainsight CS product for our customer and internal facing LMS. It allows us to have self-paced learning to alleviate some of the in-person/live training our trainers are providing.
Pros
- Easy to navigate LMS
- Easy course creation software
- Easy to use admin dashboard
Cons
- The course authoring tool in the LMS has some formatting glitches with rich text activities
- There are restrictions on the Manager level permission that cause a road block for our implementation team to be able to assign learning paths
- Would like to see a pop-up functionality within Gainsight CS to advertise new courses, or to guide learners to their dashboard and other uses as well
