Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight CS

Educational Software company keeping track of product usage, ACV, Health Scores, etc.

Pros

  • Info all in one place
  • Reporting capabilities
  • Dashboards for easy access to impt information

Cons

  • Being able to have more than one instance of Gainsight CS since our company is using for both higher Ed and K12
  • Gainsight CS has so many capabilities but we just get held up on the data inconsistencies which originate upstream.
It can definitely be learning curve but there are a plethora of resources to help.

CSMs having a one-stop shop for all of their accounts information. We tried to use it for renewals as well but it didn't work well for that.
