Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight CS

In our organization, Gainsight CS is our central terminal for everything CS (customer success), renewal and expansion. We are also getting more eyes on it with Gainsight Everywhere so once we got a customer in our base, we'll track all interaction and opportunities from there!
