Pros

  • I think the Timeline is done well in Gainsight CS
  • In my experience, Reporting is done well in Gainsight CS
  • I think the Dashboards are done well in Gainsight CS

Cons

  • I think the Dashboard in Gainsight CS has room for improvement.
  • In my opinion, Multi object reporting has room for improvement in Gainsight CS.
I gave Gainsight CS this usability rating because, in my opinion, Gainsight CS is a bit cumbersome to use on the back end but easy to use from ICs (individual contributor).
