Overall Satisfaction with Gem
We use GEM to track our sourcing efforts and where each person is that we have in the process is. Also, it's very helpful to understand how many recruiter screens or F2F's it historically takes to get an offer.
- Reporting
- Management of Sourcing Projects
- Integration with Greenhouse so we know if said candidate has interviewed before
- Notes - since it's on a second 'page' it's hard to even see if a candidate as notes
- Efficient tracking for quick responses on data points
We also use Eightfold, but I think we are going to move away from that and just keep GEM.
