Overall Satisfaction with Genesys Cloud CX

We use Genesys Cloud CX as our main contact center solution, where we have numerous service islands, each with its own particularity and some are even multichannel. As a result, we have the internal challenge of always resolving demands in the first service, increasing our NPS score and with this we have immense learning, where each media and each island operates in different formats!
