Overall Satisfaction with GetAccept

This is a customer service company that provide different software services and solution to the companies, for do that they offer a variety of digital packages to the customer according them necessities and Get Accepted provide us the opportunity to purchase in a easy way that packages and keep in contact with the customer a long of the process.
  • The software is user friendly and the employees understand how to use in a couple of weeks
  • Have a great interaction with the customers
  • Create confidence between the customer and the company
  • Get accepted help to the customers to understand the terms of the agreements, saving a lot of time for the company
  • In some cases could be angry that software ask you for feedback many times, for example, when you are filling out a contract
  • something that happen occasionally is a little bit complicate find some documents in my screen, I mean if you could improve the way how the recent files appear on the screen could be great. not always happen but it is not good.
  • I would love to have templates that allow me create files in a easy way.
  • is secure for the customer sign the documents, in some case the people don't trust with something is online but this platform give me the confidence to do that
  • Allow us personize the customer interaction that customers love
  • the customers love to have everything in the same place
  • Increased significantly the quantity of customer to take care
  • Increased our sales in a short time compared with other softwares
  • Avoid to paint extra sources to make that job and training
GetAccepted is very similar to other softwares in some aspects but it has very remarkable differences, for example the other softwares not track each page that the customer reviwed the document sent. In addition the account in Get accepted is more complete, something that I didnt see before is the capacity to send video across of the platform.
In general the way to set up and manage the information is easier with GetAccepted and that's why we selected.
