Overall Satisfaction with Getscreen.me
I love Getscreen.me and wish I had purchased this software sooner. The simplicity of the tool is fantastic; effortless to install and navigate. I was able to install the software for the first time and get a support session launched with an employee having difficulty with a remote workstation in less than 5 minutes. The UI is clean and straightforward, allowing me to complete a support session without viewing any tutorials. I can’t wait to dig deeper to learn how to fully use all the features and make the most of this tool. Having a user quickly launch into a support session is very helpful. The resolution and connection speed was excellent; it was as if I was operating my computer locally. We previously used Zoom or Teams to support remote employees. Never going back to those options!

Getscreen.me is easier to use as a support agent and on the client end. Remote access works much better than both Zoom or Teams. Those programs often to not work well for remote access when sharing screens
