Gist has helped bridge the gap between customer commuications and support. We use Gist in our daily efforts to engage with customers on the website to answer questions or queries. We also use Gist to help with our email marketing activities to customers

Gist support has been amazing and have helped me configure the product to my requirements. Its pretty easy to use and importing my email database was incredibly simple. Managing multiple domains across one account has been difficult but with the use of seperate workspaces you can overcome this and create seperate areas and teams to manage your various websites
