Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We (Development Department at SAA-SDS) have used GiveSmart for the last 4 years for managing our Gala/Auction, Online Auction and Golf Tournament.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Very user friendly
Online chat customer support
Friendly and knowledgeable staff

Cons

Assigning bidder numbers to a couple is not an option

Return on Investment

Increased fundraising revenue
Expanded sponsor recognition
Took out a ton of extra work at our events

They seem to do about the same type things.

Usability

Super user-friendly. If you do not know how to do something the online chat option is my favorite.

We usually pay to have on-site event support for our Gala. This was not an option this year due to Covid but they provided a virtual assistant. This was fantastic! GiveSmart seems to always be able to provide what is needed next.

We use GiveSmart for almost every event in our Development Department where we need to sell tickets. It has been huge for our Silent and Live Auction with its mobile bidding capacity. Since using 4 years ago we have seen a serious increase in profit. The website can be customized to meet all of your materials and is very user friendly.
