Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart
It is being used to host our golf tournament online auction. The only people who use the backend are in two departments, Philanthropy and Marketing. It is not being used by the whole organization. Even within my department, I am the only one who knows how to manage the backend. It gives us the ability to have an online auction and not have to do a paper auction. It also made it so people could bid from home as well, which was certainly important the last two years.

GiveSmart was way better and so much easier to use. GiveSmart was way more customizable and much better looking. The customer service was much easier to contact and they build a sense of community across the country with weekly and monthly optional webinars and meetings. That was great to be able to talk to peers across the country who are dealing with the same issues and share ideas.
We were able to use all of our custom colors and fonts. It took some special coding, but our customer support person did it for us. The homepage was very easy to customize and move around. It completely matched our style guide and barely looked any different from our website.
