Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

We use GiveSmart as a fundraising platform for our nonprofit.
  • Customer service.
  • Personal support.
  • Speedy response to questions.
  • Training on use of product.
  • None at this time.
  • Increased fundraising revenue.
  • Professional presentation of virtual fundraising program.
For in-person events at a previous employer, I loved working with Qtego because of their quality product and high customer service, but when we had to convert to virtual at my new employer due to the pandemic, I found the options with GiveSmart to be more comprehensive. I have worked with OneCause as a volunteer chair of another nonprofit's fundraiser, and was not as impressed by the functionality of the platform as I was with GiveSmart.
I am not a hugely technical person, but was able to readily understand the platform.
Our contact, Jennifer Schmidt, was EXCELLENT. I honestly cannot understate her level of customer service (and patience!).
There are many ways to customize the platform, and I only took advantage of a small portion ...
I would likely engage a colleague to help me build it out next time.
I would recommend GiveSmart to nonprofits wanting to develop an online auction, raffle and/or sell tickets to an event. Pretty much any special-event related transactional process ... they can help.
