Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart
GiveSmart is being used primarily among our fundraising department. We use this platform to host online auctions for fundraising events, raffles, and more. The platform allows us to broaden our reach outside of our event attendees, increasing funds raised and awareness.
- It is easy to use for the user and staff.
- The platform comes with a lot of functionality that when used to its fullest can increase donations.
- The layout of how auction items are presented is nice; there is even a function to allow for filtering by category.
- The communication component allows us to directly communicate with users via text.
- I would like to see better functionality regarding donations, allow for multiple donation levels to be added in one feature.
- Reporting on the backend when we receive deposits - it would be helpful if there was a feature that allowed us to see which campaign/event the donation came from. There are times in which multiple campaigns/events are live at one time and received donations.
- A quick and easy video that can be shared with users on how to sign up/use features that can be sent via email in advance.
- Would like to see better functionality for live auction.
- Would like to see a way in which we can operate a "Chinese Raffle" on GiveSmart. Allow guests to purchase raffle tickets but decide which raffle prizes they want to allocate those tickets to.
- We have increased fundraising.
- Provided a more user friendly auction experience.
- Saved staff resources with auctions at events and increased ease of execution.
- Increased reach among donors and community.
We have not used other products similar to GiveSmart.
GiveSmart is great at allowing customization to match our organizations branding. We can adjust the look and feel based not only on our organization but each particular event/campaign.
