Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

Our organization uses GiveSmart to help manage our annual gala. It is used by the auction committee under the school’s development team.

  • Generating solicitor report.
  • Report formatting so it works well with other systems.
  • Pairing couples so it doesn’t have to be done manually.
  • Sending out thank you donation emails post event.
  • Positive impact GiveSmart has increased our fundraising revenue.
  • GiveSmart helped us reach out nationally when we couldn’t gather.
It is very easy for users to navigate. Admin training is simple & direct.
The live chat has been extremely useful. For more in depth questions or getting the campaign set up our customer services rep is quick to respond.
We’ve been able to customize to our liking. One type of feedback we were given is if we could display items differently than the tiles.
Fundraising, silent/live auctions, ticket sales are all appropriate. Less appropriate would be for accounting purposes or very small fundraisers.
