Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

We use it primarily for event management and had it for a virtual gala in February.

It performed well for us in almost all aspects. We were able to see the status of gifts and sponsorships in real time, which was a huge help. We also could review results easily after the event, which helped with analysis and will be critical in planning for next year.
I would say the support was very good, we generally got questions answered in a timely and productive manner. The representatives were professional, and most had a good knowledge of the product and were able to solve whatever problems we had relating to our project. We also found that the support staff understood what we were doing and helped to streamline their answers for the best results.
We have been able to customize GiveSmart to match our website and look so donors and visitors feel that it is part of our website. There is almost a seamless transition between GivesSmart and our website. I feel that this helps to enhance our brand and build confidence in our stakeholders.

Great for small shops and helps to leverage productivity, especially in planning and executing a fundraising event. It helped us sell tickets, sell auction items, track donations and sponsorships in real-time. We would have liked to seen batch loading of data (gifts, tickets, auction, etc.) availability into Salesforce, as this would have saved a lot of time.
