Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart
We used it for an annual fundraiser, live-giving opportunity, communication with guests, auction, and ticket sales. We have historically used a "paper" system that was very antiquated and cumbersome.

- We did not make as much money on auction as we had historically.
- We did not make as much money on the live ask as we had historically.
We were able to customize it, but the variety of fonts, movement of components, and ability to truly create a page that connected to our branding weren't there.
