Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

We use GiveSmart to run our fundraising events! Mainly, our Golf Outing and Annual Gala. Through GiveSmart, we are able to sell tickets for the event, raffle prizes, and auction items. It is convenient for everything to be in one place, on one platform. On the user side, it is very easy to use and intuitive, which is important for some of our older donors.

We selected GiveSmart over OneCause because of a few factors: Price The intuitiveness of the platform Reporting
GiveSmart is a very intuitive platform on the user and donor side! My only reservation is that once all items are added to the cart, donors are not prompted to check-out and mistakenly never complete their purchase. They also couldn't modify their carts after adding to them.
The support is pretty good as they usually have someone available in the chat option on the website. However, if they don't know the answer to your question, there is a good chance they will end the chat there instead of looking elsewhere for an answer.

We really love using GiveSmart for our Golf Outing. We simply need a place to allow people to buy tickets, raffle tickets, and find more information. It provides us with just enough customization to make it easy on everyone. For our Gala, we have a few more ticket items and options when it comes to checking out and completing purchase. For this event, it would be nice for the user site to have more customization and the ability to edit their cart if they make a mistake or change their mind. As of now, an admin has to manually edit their cart to remove an item, which frustrates donors.
