Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart
We planned to use GiveSmart as our primary fundraising site. However, we find that for our purposes it is not the best fit. We were not even able to get the minimum return on our investment (we lost funds) and therefore this did not fit our needs in the way that we had projected. Once we received the primary contact for our company, the support was great. But from a fundraising standpoint, it was not good. Initial setup and having a reliable contact with GiveSmart was a nightmare. We went through two or three contacts before our final contact was made. The final contact (Corey) was WONDERFUL. He was the one bright spot in this entire process.

- Once the website is set up, it is easy for customers to navigate.
- It is difficult and cumbersome to understand the "back end" (setting up the website). For us, it was impossible to do without a lot of technical support.
Yes - All it does is links you to the website. Not really anything complex.
