Overall Satisfaction with Glassbox
Improve product adoption and increase engagement were our main goals. What Glassbox is helping us do is quantify the number of users who engage with different offering and show the root cause of their behavior - why they are not finishing the journey and abandoning the product page, etc. Glassbox has been able to help focus our efforts on specific users and area of the website which improved conversion and orders by 30%

Glassbox was able to provide a solution to both a technical and experience use cases. Glassbox put same emphasis on the technical and experience struggles which provide us with more data than any other tools we've seen. Glassbox also ties all events to revenue which helps us prioritize what needs to be addressed first so we don't end up with a revenue lost due to minor bugs
