Overall Satisfaction with Glassbox

We are using Glassbox today to understand how our customers are using our webstie. Based on the insights from Glassbox we are able to understand where users are finding it hard to interact with our site, either becasue of errors on the page or becuase of experiance issues where things are simply not clear enough for our customers. based on these insights we are able to constantly improve our web site so that is addresses our customer's needs

Google Analytics is great in managing our campaigns and in telling us the levels of conversion. The same for our a/B testing tools which tell us which test is converting higher than the other. The problem with these tools is that they do not tell you the why behind the what - so there is limited reasoning for what is going on.

One of our credit offers is one of the best experiences we can provide our customers, Customers expect more choices and we need to stay on top - the credit offering we saw there were a large number of customers dropping off and seeking more information - there was some kind of friction. we used the behavior tool of Glassbox as we got an understanding of what was going on - mainly getting more trust from our customers.
