Overall Satisfaction with GlobalMeet Collaboration

I have been using GlobalMeet for video conferencing, webinar, and scheduling client meeting across the regions. This platform is easy to use and cost competitive with other similar vendors. I used for group webinar and meeting with global team. No APP download is necessary as the platform can be assessed directly online.
  • Easy to schedule meetings, webinar, and video conferencing around with other global offices. Normally we do team meeting and webinar to discuss about on-going projects and share presentation output.
  • GlobalMeet sends detailed report at the end of each meeting and the report can be used as reference for the minutes of meeting in future.
  • Features such as enabling recording and screen sharing enables easy for walk through presentation slides during the meeting.
  • Often times the speaker would not functions. I need exit the meeting and enter the meeting again.
  • Sometimes it is hard to mute the speaker as this will disable the voice from other user as well.
  • Sometimes the system hangs especially when dealing with overseas clients and team meeting.
  • The price for webinar for GlobalMeet is quite pricey compared to other similar vendors.
  • GlobalMeet can be used for unlimited free calls and video conferencing, hence in our company with extensive global calls this platform is very cost-effective.
  • Unlike most conferencing software. Other users don't have to download GlobalMeet App and therefore it is easy to send meeting invite to clients.
  • Attentively support system that responds fast to queries and this saves time for us.
After each meeting the system sends us the feedback form to rate each meeting separately. This feature allows us to describe any unique issue that we had faced during that particular meeting.

Overall, we replaced the conventional phone calls with GlobalMeet system to connect to other offices. This multi-feature platform enables us to work with other global teams together in a single platform. A lot time is saved by sharing feedback and thoughts during project presentation without need to convey messages separately to the teams. GlobalMeet is easily accessible through phone and PC, thus enabling to connect with remote team member conveniently.
Slack, HCL Sametime (formerly from IBM)
It is free to use though we are paying for paid subscription for video conferencing and webinar. Easily can be connected with other global offices. Can chat privately during webinar with other participants.

Global Meet hangs quite often recently during webinar and video conferencing. Sometimes the microphone of the other speaker will be inaudible. Need to exit and return to the meeting again.
