Overall Satisfaction with GlobalMeet Collaboration

We use it for team meetings. It's a great way to meet and collaborate virtually.

Pros

  • Great for sharing content online
  • Options to connect via online or through cellphone. The call me feature is great.
  • Ease of use. Very easy to use and to share.

Cons

  • It would be nice to have a gallery of recorded calls.
  • It would be nice to get a notice if the software needs to be updated. Getting a notice 5 minutes before a call that software needs to be updated is very frustrating.
  • Maybe a notification for when chats are happening.
  • Increased productivity.
  • Capable to meet with decision makers and show expamples

I haven't used any support from GlobalMeet. The tool is pretty user-friendly. The only thing I hate are the downloads.
GlobalMeet seems to drop fewer calls than some of the other services I have used. Skype drops calls often.
Zoom would be my next choice if GlobalMeet were not an option.
This is a great tool to use for virtual meetings. It allows for collaboration of teams that are nearby or far away.
Allows for everyone to be on the same page.

Not so great for face to face meetings.
