Overall Satisfaction with Gmelius
Gmelius is an amazing productivity tool for GMail - we use it for email templates, tracking email opens and responses, scheduling emails and campaigns, scheduling appointments with it's calendar feature and more. One favourite use case is to setup templates for common replies to inquiries - these templates can be customized to include the recipients name and other relevant information.

- Formatting of email templates is shaky - defaults not saved
- saves a lot of time - quick responses to email
