Overall Satisfaction with GoCanvas

It is being used by our department to collect problems from faculty and staff about technology services and support.

  • It has made it easier to quantify and track our tech issues.
  • It has made it easier for customers to submit a support or help desk ticket.
  • We really like the ability to change things in real time.
We have used Salesforce App Cloud because other departments were using this app. It was okay but was not beneficial for our department because Salesforce is more suited for sales. It was not always customization to track the things that we needed within our department but it worked well for our sales and marketing team for customer retention and sales.


I would recommend the services to a colleague because it currently meets the need that our department has.
