We use Google Ads to promote our training services.
  • Generates leads and calls.
  • Customer Service - lengthy delays in dealing with a complaint.
  • Misleading Customer Service Staff - giving advice that raises revenue for Google NOT our Business.
  • I can manage the campaign and the budget myself.
  • Wasted thousands of dollars on useless clicks using 'Broad Match.'

Misleading Customer Service Staff - I was given advice that cost my business thousands of dollars on useless clicks and calls that didn't relate to my business. Seems my 'Account Manager' was only interested in increasing revenue for Google NOT helping my Business. I've tried contacting Customer Service....5 Days later I'm still waiting. Very unhappy.
