Driving business with Google Drive

Overall Satisfaction with Google Drive

We use Google Drive internally for storing all our documents and also forms a central location for our client work allowing us to collaborate on projects easily. It also allows us to share and collaborate with clients and suppliers easily.
  • Sharing documents for working with vendors on projects
  • Allows us to work remotely and access vital business documents while out of the office
  • Connect with our mobile phones to access documents
  • Converting documents from other formats is sometimes a problem but it's improving all the time.
  • Google Drive's collaboration and hosted storage means our costs are kept very low in comparison to alternative ways of achieving this.
We use both Dropbox and Google Drive as some clients prefer Dropbox. In terms of how the stack up against each other, Google Drive's full suite of Apps makes it much more useful than Dropbox.
Google Drive is ideal for sharing documents and working remotely on projects with others. When combined with the other Google Apps it forms the main hub for storing all your documents and is especially handy if you own a Chromebook computer.
