Overall Satisfaction with Google Drive

Google Drive is being used to deliver video files which consist of both drafts and final video files. It has been used specifically in our video department for quite some time now. It helps us address the need to deliver files quickly and efficiently without needing to mail hard drives or USB drives back and forth, or posting videos to preview on YouTube.

It is incredibly easy to use. I don't know if there is a simpler solution available. If there is, I have never seen it. Google Drive is the best option I've come across for sending and receiving files, whether they are small or large. I can't recommend it enough to anyone who might be interested.
You can find any answers you need about using Google Drive with a quick Google search. The how-tos are extremely helpful and there isn't really much to trip you up when it comes to Google Drive. Anything you may have a question on could be easily sorted out with some quick research.
  • Dropbox and Dropbox Business
I personally prefer Google Drive. I find it to be more user-friendly and the people you are sending files to don't necessarily have to have a Google account to receive the files. It seems like it is a bit more straight forward than Dropbox tends to be most of the time.

I would say that any person who needs to store or share files quickly and easily would benefit from using Google Drive. It is so simple and quick that it makes no sense to not try it out. It is convenient in every sense of the word and we wouldn't dream of going without it.
