Overall Satisfaction with Google Drive

We use Google Drive to manage all documents—contracts, invoices, marketing plans—in one place. Shared drives organize client folders, while Docs streamline team notes. External sharing with contractors or clients is common, with tight permissions to avoid oversharing.

  • files are synched between all of user's machines if they have multiple

Its ease of sharing is very important since we have alot of collaboration with contractors and partners.
Box is something we tested but google ease of use won us over
