Overall Satisfaction with Google Drive
Whatever we write, whatever presentation it is, or it is a slide deck or slide deck and the PPTs, everything will be shaped over there. So if we have to share anything, we share it through Google Drive. So it's like sharing anything across with anyone through Google Drive. So we cannot share it just like a document. We have to keep it in the Google Drive and then share it across
Pros
- I think it makes our life easy in sharing things, and it's easy to save the data, like it's at one place and then anyone and everyone can use it so that way it becomes easier for us.
Cons
- When I started using Google Drive, maybe five years back, the most difficult challenge or the problem faced was it's really difficult to search for the item that is there. So it was not easy for us. Now we are used to, so we understand how to do it, but searching for the items in the Google Drive was a challenge.
- I don't think there is any negative impact that he has had because of this product. It has been positive. Only because positive, I would say it becomes easy to share any document with the customer also for us, or the customer wants to share any data with us, it becomes easy through this.
