Overall Satisfaction with Google Drive
We use Drive for storing all of our documents, creating spreadsheets and decks, and collaborating on all documents, sheets, etc. We sometimes share Drive folders with clients to collaborate externally as well. I also use Drive for my personal and educational documents/materials and storage. I use Google Drive daily.
Pros
- Collaboration/sharing
- Folders/organization
- Easy to create/generate new docs, etc.
- All in one place
Cons
- Better search; it's hard to find the docs I need when the search isn't very accurate or intuitive
- Increased storage
- Easier to copy docs and transfer them to other accounts
- Drive is very cost effective, and multiple price tiers make sense and are accommodating
