Overall Satisfaction with Google Forms

I use it to acquire user data for administrative purposes. Our Google Form collects information about major, year level, and area of interest. Google Forms allows us to collect data quickly and efficiently, all while conveniently storing the data to the cloud. Google Forms is an excellent product for creating dynamic surveys to extract useful information from our active user base.

Pros

  • Customization of questions
  • Data Handling
  • Ease of sharing

Cons

  • Visual designs and themes
  • Ease of use customizing questions
  • Domain specific logins and registration
  • We have been able to get user feedback more efficiently
  • We have been able to collect demographic information
  • We have the ability to make informed decisions based off of data
It is well suited for data analysis and peer testing of products.

No - Google does not offer premium support for its free version of Google Forms. Google Forms free version suits all of our use cases.
I needed to create a branching form to support data collection of new and active members. I went to Google's support site and was able to access tutorials on setting up branching logic paths so that I could use a single form to support my needs.
