Overall Satisfaction with Google Forms

Google Forms has helped our company and department, specifically, assess specific trends and generate feedback. The easy to use design makes for a time-saving tool.

Pros

  • Easy to use features and customization.
  • Ability to share is easy to figure out and offers the option to shorten the link to share.
  • Setting up a basic form takes little to no time!

Cons

  • Customization can be a bit frustrating if you are trying to add a personal picture as a header.
  • Navigating responses can be a bit tricky
  • Accessing google forms can be a bit tricky as well.
  • Google Forms has definitely helped with the department improving training sessions.
  • Google Forms is cost-effective costing no money for the basic version.
Google Forms is well suited for student organizations and for internal assessment. For example, if we are trying to generate quick information about a group of people, we could easily generate a form to do so in less than 10 minutes.
