Overall Satisfaction with Google Hangouts Meet

Google Hangouts is a great way to meet with potential clients virtually. That is especially important right now, with the Covid virus still running rampant and people are unwilling to meet face to face. Google Hangouts Meet is easy to download and use. It is easy to dial into meetings with other people.

Pros

  • Ease of use is the biggest strength. Even children are able to use this app.
  • Free to download.
  • Valuable tool for meeting with people virtually right now.

Cons

  • I do not have any suggestions for improvement.
  • The app works really well as it is right now.
  • Please do not change any of the features. It functions really well.
  • Positive impact because you can gain potential clients using this app.
  • There is no investment needed, so ROI will be high.
All of the above perform about the same. I would probably say that the audio and the video quality is probably superior to the other apps. Also, integration with other social media platforms is superior.
Very easy to use, and I really like the integration with other social media platforms.
I have never had to use support for Google Hangouts Meet, but because the app is so good, I am assuming that the support functions would also be superior.

It is well-suited for meeting virtually with clients so that you don't have to interact on a one-on-one basis while the virus is still around. I would probably prefer not to meet virtually after the virus is gone because you use a personal touch. But overall, this app is very good for virtual meetings.
