Overall Satisfaction with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
Single point of contact for all file information, project management resources and client contact. Acts as our main email repository and file management solution. We use features such as emails through gmail, email aliases for continuity, google docs, google sheets, google slides, google drive for file storage and sharing, google photos, YouTube and occasionally google calendar. We use multiple accounts for multiple organizational units.

Google Workspace's web-based word processing apps are much more robust than Microsoft's equivalent. For example, multiple users working on a single google docs document will very rarely run into issues with synching or continuity, whereas Microsoft's online Word is not as robust and issues are more frequent. The same is true for google sheets and slides compared to excel and PowerPoint.
