Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
It is primarily used for remote access in technical support situations.
- Allows remote viewing of another's screens, with their full knowledge
- Allows remote control of another's computer, with their permission
- It must be easy, easy, easy for the end user. Always look for improvement opportunities.
- The cost could be better. It's relatively expensive
- It has allowed us to be much more efficient when we need to do remote support
- Zoom
For whatever reason a lot of people are more comfortable with Zoom. I've not heard good things in general about the overall direction (leadership, security, etc.) about GoTo in general.
