Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Resolve

We switched to GoTo years ago when we needed a solution that could offer us the best remote support with the ability to respond to UAC prompts. It has been an amazing change for us to offer best in class support to our employees and GoTo Resolve has only made things better for us.

  • Unattended support.
  • UAC prompting.
  • Improved response time.
  • Quicker resolution.
  • Happy employees.
New UI is impressive.
Unfortunately for us, we already have some of the areas covered and not looking to change. They are still a great tool for remote support.
