Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Resolve

My organization uses GoTo Resolve to manage all our devices, to provide remote assistance to all users that work from home or are working on customer's site. The IT support we provide is usually related to the software installation on users' machine, the system configuration, Windows updates and drivers installation.
  • Provides quick response to queries
  • Keeps users up to date with all the news
  • Provides detailed information about GoTo Resolve changes
  • Devices list does not contain all the devices added
  • Provide video tutorials how to use new features
  • Total number of licenses sometimes does not show correct number
  • GoTo Resolve generally works well and saved time by allowing to manage devices and users
GoTo Resolve agent console is very easy to use and it works really well.
We may consider switching our current ticketing system to the one offered by GoTo Resolve to allow us quickly and easily managing support tickets.
GoTo Resolve works faster and is cheaper.

GoTo Resolve generally works well for supporting users, however in my experience Devices list does not work correctly as it does not display all the devices that we have added.
