Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Resolve
I used a competitor’s product for managing multiple remote PCs that was very expensive and had significant lag issues. After doing some research I came across GoTo and gave it a chance. Initially I expected less performance but to my surprise the software was much easier to use than the product I used previously.

- Setup process could be improved somewhat with perhaps some better instructions but overall no complaints
- Less time dealing with buggy software
- More time focused on core business issues
- Cost less than competitors
It clearly has more functionality than I use but the stability and reliability are really the key for me. The cost and reliance are the biggest wins for me
Far superior in terms of use billing and every factor one would consider with maybe the exception of market penetration
