Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Resolve

We use GoTo Resolve to help users with day to day issues they may have on their machines. Deploying and remoting into computers is super easy with GoTo Resolve making it very easy to manage and maintain.

Pros

  • Monitoring hardware resources
  • Extremely easy to deploy unattended access to your account.
  • Managing other users is very easy.

Cons

  • I have not ran into any issues yet with GoTo.
  • Productivity has improved since we no longer need to run over to users that are having issues.
The Resolve agent is extremally easy to use anyone could do it.
We have yet to test out the ticketing system but we did replace 2 other softwares with GoTo. We might end up replacing a 3rd with the ticketing system.
This is the first software that I have used that is like this.

GoTo has helped with all of our remoting and monitoring needs. We have not found any issues with the software as of yet.
