I support the CEO's home office laptop with direct access to confidential company documents.
  • Remote connection to offsite laptops
  • support remote printer management
  • support remote laptop software install or upgrades
  • Remote printers often become the default for the supported user, not easy to turn off
  • Client software update notification not urgent enough when client needs it to function correctly
  • saved time from actually traveling to offsite computer location
  • increased user confidence in support timely response
  • made it easy for support techs to manage offsite computers
Major features are intuitive, but not all, such as print defaults.
GoTo Resolve has made it easier to support high-level executives and saved employees lots of time, increased productivity.

it's a great and quick way to connect remotely to an offsite laptop for easy tasks to take care of.
Not a great option to connect remotely when the laptop is in SLEEP mode.
