Never had any issues with it, very reliable and offers all of the services and features I need to provide remote assistance. The interface is user friendly which helps, I hit the ground running from the first time I used it.

Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Microsoft Intune + SCCM), Microsoft Teams
Supporting a home user who required admin access to install an important application. They were not connected to our network as they also had an issue their VPN. I was able to connect remotely, install the application and also resolve the VPN issue.
