I have been using GoTo Resolve for over a year now and it has been a reliable solution for all my technical issues. Never had any issues with it, very reliable and offers all of the services and features I need to provide remote assistance. The interface is user friendly which helps, I hit the ground running from the first time I used it.
Very positive impact, users have expressed there gratitude as we can now provide support without machines being on the network.
GoTo Resolve is quicker and easier tool to use for remote support.

Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Microsoft Intune + SCCM), Microsoft Teams
Supporting a home user who required admin access to install an important application. They were not connected to our network as they also had an issue their VPN. I was able to connect remotely, install the application and also resolve the VPN issue.
