GoTo Resolve Gets The Job Done
Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Resolve
We previously used GoTo Assist before moving to Resolve. They are essentially the same product, but Resolve has more features like the help desk, file manager, and remote execution. Resolve is easy to work with and connect to an end user's PC to provide remote support assistance.

Cons
- The ability to save your settings such as sorting the devices alphabetically.
- Another feature that would be useful is for devices that have been offline for determined amount of time that they get automatically removed.
- We have jobsites all over the world and our end user's PC's do not have local admin rights which means they have to contact IT in order to install/update programs or other admin related functions. Being able to remote into someone's PC that is thousands of miles away is awesome!
We have not used the ticketing portion of Resolve, but the remote execution has worked great.
