Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Resolve

We use this product to do end-user support for our organization that is spread out across multiple locations. Great tool to quickly do installs, troubleshooting, and even some PC inventory management. You can see CPU usage and file folder structure without taking up the remote control in the machine. Very flexible solution.

Very easy to use. Only downside is troublesome CPU usage. Can slow your computer down to crawl at times as support.
Greatly improved flexibility and support
Only ever used the former version - Go To Assist, which had less features, but was MUCH friendlier to run on your PC
