Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Resolve

I was looking for an enterprise-class Remote Desktop solution for a reasonable price that I could try for free. GoTo Resolve's Freemium account gave me a full view of the power of the platform and helped me right away.

  • Multi-factor authentication.
  • Recorded sessions.
  • Central status dashboard of systems (even for the Lite version).
  • Improved pricing for micro-sized businesses.
  • Has saved me several dispatches to client site.
  • It has saved me hours of tedious phone support because I could remote in securely to fix the problem quickly.
GUI is well laid out and easy to understand.
The enterprise-class remote access (versus an open-source alternative) with MFA and recorded sessions gives me a piece of mind when I'm supporting my clients.
